My Why For Coaching
I’m an ACC Certified Executive Coach, Leadership Advisor, and former healthcare executive with more than 30 years of experience helping leaders and organizations navigate growth, transformation, and change. Today, I partner with senior executives, emerging leaders, and professionals in transition to build confidence, strengthen leadership, and lead with authenticity.

My coaching is grounded in decades of executive experience leading enterprise transformation and organizational change across complex healthcare organizations. I combine practical leadership insight with thoughtful coaching to help clients gain clarity, expand their influence, and move forward with purpose.
